Shipping policy

We offer the following order options:

• Local Pickup (see below for details)
• Delivery within Canada via Canada Post or UPS - standard shipping rates apply. 

NOTE: orders are fulfilled every 2-4 business days (we are closed Mondays). Please take that into consideration when viewing estimated shipping times. 

We do not deliver outside of Canada.

If you are utilizing our free delivery with purchase of over $150 offer, it applies to orders under $50 in shipping charges.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Please check your junk or promotions folder if the email is not in your inbox.

We are open for pickup during the following hours: Wednesday 10:30am - 5:30pm; Friday 10:30am - 4pm; Saturday 10:30am - 3pm. 

Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
